Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake.

To receive a full refund on a shoe sent by mistake, it must be returned with the Beach Sneakers zip tag still be attached and any additional product pieces included (box, extra laces, etc). 

Should we make a mistake, please contact us at orders@beachsneakers.com immediately and include your order # and any photos that would be relevant. Thank you
